• Knowledge of health & safety compliance and fleet operations.

• Achieve sales and gross profit targets.
• Improve branch performance across key KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with external sales reps on inquiries, orders and credit limits.
• Oversee quotation procedures and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain effective communication across staff and departments.
• Represent the business at trade shows and events.
