Job summary

PTSB is seeking a Branch Customer Experience Champion to support daily branch operations and uphold a compliant service standard. You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, guiding them through product and financial needs while driving sales from leads within an Omni-Channel framework.

Based in Bray, this permanent role requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• CPD hours up-to-date for CPD years.
• Ordinary Leaving Certificate with grade D3/O6/H6 or equivalent in-English and Maths.
• 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day branch customer service operations.
• Advise customers on product/financial needs and enhance customer experience in person and over the phone.
• Take ownership of customer queries in a compliant manner.
• Generate and execute sales from qualified leads to fulfilment (Omni-Channel).
• Assist with sales campaigns including post-sales administration and follow-up tasks.
• Respond to leads from Open24 to maximise new business opportunities.
