Branch Customer Experience Leader

Job summary

PTSB is seeking a Branch Customer Experience Champion in Carrigaline to support day-to-day branch operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a compliant manner.

You will promote our Omni-Channel approach, nurture customer relationships, handle queries both face-to-face and over the phone, and contribute to sales through qualified leads. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract, onsite in Carrigaline.

Qualifications

• QFA or APA with CPD hours up to date in Loans and/or S&I.
• If no APA, commit to qualifying in two years to achieve both Loans and S&I APA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding customer experience.
• Significant sales, customer service or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of customer service in the branch.
• Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on product/financial needs.
• Take ownership of customer queries in a compliant, professional manner.
• Generate and execute sales from leads to fulfilment per Omni-Channel system.
• Assist with sales campaigns including post-sales fulfilment and admin tasks.
• Respond promptly to leads from Open24 to maximise new business opportunities.
