Job summary

PTSB in Ireland is seeking a Branch Customer Experience Champion to support daily branch operations and deliver high-quality service to customers face to face and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all interactions.

You will promote omni-channel banking, engage in local promotional activities, and collaborate with the Branch Lead to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and contribute to achieving business objectives across the Roscommon territory.

Qualifications

• QFA or APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments with CPD hours.
• If no APA, a Leaving Certificate with English/Maths and 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Support in the day to day operation of customer service within the branch.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/financial needs journey.
• Take ownership and deal with customer queries in a compliant manner.
• Generate and execute sales from lead to fulfilment in accordance with Omni-Channel ethos.
• Assist with sales campaigns including post sales fulfilment, administration and follow up tasks.
