Job summary

Permanent TSB in Dublin is seeking a Branch Customer Experience Champion for a part-time, 11-month fixed-term contract. You will support daily branch operations and deliver outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, while promoting our Omni-Channel approach.

Working with the Branch Lead, you will participate in local promotions, develop relationships with customers, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• QFA or APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments
• Ordinary Leaving Certificate with English and Maths including five Leaving Certificate subjects
• Commitment to CPD hours for the relevant years (if no APA in Loans or S&I)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of customer service within the branch.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service and advise customers throughout their product/financial needs journey, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Take ownership and deal with customer queries in a compliant manner.
• Generate and execute sales from lead (where qualified) to fulfilment in accordance with Omni-Channel ethos.
• Assist with sales campaigns including post-sales fulfilment, administration and follow-up tasks.
