The Fleet Hotel in Dublin's city centre is seeking a friendly receptionist to join the Windward Management portfolio. You will greet guests, handle phone calls, manage reservations, and support front desk operations.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a 4-star hotel environment, be flexible across mornings, evenings, and weekends, and comfortable with guest communications and basic administration. Competitive rates apply with meals on duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s reception experience in a 4-star hotel.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hotsoft experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests, answer calls, and forward inquiries.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain tidy reception area.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and guest communications professionally.
• Assist with check-in/out procedures and update guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
