Job summary

Kepak Cork, based in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork, is recruiting for roles within our Boning Hall Department. You’ll join a multi‑cultural team on the boning line, preparing cuts and trims of meat to Kepak’s specifications in a chilled production area.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. We offer full training, a permanent contract, on‑site parking and subsidised canteen, plus flexible holiday planning.

Qualifications

• Role involves lifting, standing and operating in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cuts and trims of meat on the boning line according to specifications.
• Packaged meat products such as steaks, chops, burgers, and meatballs.
• Maintain pace with the production line and meet targets.
• Operate machinery only after training.
• Work in a chilled area of the factory.
• Assist with additional tasks as required by the supervisor.
