• Proven experience managing Building Management Systems (BMS) projects and related controls.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building automation solutions.
• Experience delivering projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and commercial performance.
• Experience collaborating with customers, consultants, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of BMS projects across commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and data centre environments.
• Own project scope, programme, budget, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all phases from kick-off to handover, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering, software, commissioning, procurement, and installation resources.
• Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
