Job summary

Johnson Controls Ireland HVAC is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale Building Management System projects in the data centre sector. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites, managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' project management experience in construction or BMS.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
• Financial management with P&L responsibility.
• Travel to Dublin region and sites as required.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex BMS and building automation projects in data centres.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting, cost control and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants, main contractors, and end clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, resource planning, logistics, and multi-site delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and leadership.
