Job summary

• Experience in document control or project administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute project documentation across the lifecycle.
• Scan, rename, upload and archive documents per procedures.
• Ensure documents are filed in designated document management systems.
• Track status of project documentation and deliverables.
• Upload and manage docs on client/contractor platforms (Aconex, Procore, ACC).
• Support PMO and project teams with administrative tasks and closeout docs.
