Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly organized Document Controller to support our Building Management Systems (BMS) project delivery team. The role focuses on managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements, and supporting multiple BMS projects across data centres, commercial buildings, healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Document Controller, Project Administrator or Project Support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating project documentation and maintaining document control processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Control, maintain and distribute project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scan, rename, upload and archive documents in line with procedures.
• Ensure all project documents are filed and stored in document management systems.
• Monitor and report on the status of project documentation and deliverables.
• Upload and manage documentation on client and contractor platforms (Aconex, Procore, ACC etc.).
• Support handover and closeout documentation, including O&M manuals.
