Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a BMS Engineer to shape and optimize client BMS systems. You will work with projects, service and account teams to proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop roadmaps for future-proofing, and provide high-level technical support.

The role covers commissioning from static state to full operation, ensuring systems meet project specs, while adhering to safety regulations and producing handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship in electrical trade is desirable, with industry experience.
• Experience configuring control systems and AHU/terminal units is preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to fault-find electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

• Commission and test BMS systems from initial state to full operation.
• Review project designs, identify issues, and coordinate with M&E and end users.
• Produce signe/documentation and handover materials for operations manuals.
• Ensure safety regs and site H&S requirements are followed during commissioning.
• Provide high-level technical support to project and service teams.
