Job summary

Aureol Global Connections seeks an on-site BIM Manager to lead BIM processes for mechanical building services on a large-scale project. The role requires strong ACC workflow knowledge and proven leadership on multinational projects, with English proficiency and hands-on BIM delivery experience.

Qualifications

Job description

The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM processes, standards, and deliverables for mechanical building services on a large-scale international project. The role will ensure full compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ISO standards, and client requirements while driving effective collaboration across all disciplines.

Working closely with project management, design teams, site teams, and external stakeholders, the BIM Manager will oversee model production, coordination, data integrity, and digital delivery. The role will also provide technical leadership to BIM Modellers and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs across all mechanical BIM deliverables.

The project models are hosted on the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform and published daily. Strong working knowledge of ACC workflows, model management, and collaboration tools is essential.

This is an on-site leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, coordination capability, and the ability to manage BIM processes in a fast-paced, multinational construction environment.

• Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, BIM, or related discipline
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in BIM within building services or construction, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience delivering BIM coordination on large-scale commercial, industrial, data centre, or pharmaceutical projects
• Strong experience managing BIM deliverables on live construction projects
• Experience working in multinational project environments or abroad is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of local construction standards (DIN/VDI) beneficial
• English essential
