Job summary

Designer Group is seeking a BIM Graduate to join our BIM team and gain hands-on experience across major M&E projects.

You will work with experienced BIM professionals, engineers and project teams to coordinate models and deliver BIM outputs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in BIM, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience with Revit or other BIM software is advantageous.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in digital construction and technology.
• Strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and coordination of BIM models.
• Support the creation and maintenance of M&E models.
• Assist with model coordination and clash detection.
• Review drawings and model information.
• Support the preparation of BIM documentation and reports.
• Assist with design coordination across project disciplines.
• Maintain model data and project information.
• Work with project teams to support BIM deliverables.

The Role

As a BIM Graduate, you will join our BIM team and develop practical experience in Building Information Modelling and digital construction technologies across major M&E projects.

You will work alongside experienced BIM professionals, engineers and project teams, supporting the development and coordination of digital models throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and coordination of BIM models.
