Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking a Building Services BIM Specialist in Dublin to join a leading M&E contractor. You will produce coordinated 3D BIM models, perform clash detection, and support delivery across live and tender projects.

Bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. You will coordinate mechanical and electrical services, manage asset data, and lead BIM coordination meetings to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM / Revit / Navisworks.
• Strong experience coordinating mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD skills.
• Strong communication and organisation.
• Confident resolving coordination issues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
• Mechanical or electrical trade background advantageous.
• Point cloud experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated 3D BIM models and associated drawings.

Building Services BIM Specialist

We’re recruiting a Building Services BIM Specialist for a leading M&E contractor delivering complex construction and building services projects in Dublin.

This is a hands‑on BIM coordination role, working closely with project, engineering and site teams to produce coordinated models, resolve clashes and support delivery across both live and tender-stage projects.

The Role

• Produce coordinated 3D BIM models and associated drawings
• Work closely with BIM Managers, Project Managers and Engineers
• Carry out clash detection and produce weekly clash reports
• Coordinate incoming and shared models
• Lead weekly BIM coordination meetings
• Produce Revit and AutoCAD drawings
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services
