Job summary

Arup in Ireland is seeking an experienced BIM Infrastructure Coordinator/Manager to lead 3D civil/site modelling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination across national and international projects. The role blends hands-on modelling with information management and standard setting within a dynamic transport infrastructure context.

You will mentor colleagues, manage CDE workflows and support BIM execution planning, ensuring timely delivery and quality across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in a consultancy or multidisciplinary project environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and drive issue resolution.
• Experience with CDE platforms and project information management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate accurate 3D models of civil and site infrastructure geometry.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design information with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support BIM execution plans, MIDPs, TIDPs and project information management.
• Configure and administer Common Data Environments (CDEs) including ACC and ProjectWise.
• Lead model federation, clash detection, and information delivery reporting.
• Mentor junior BIM team members and ensure adherence to project standards.
