Job summary

Arup in Ireland is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead the civil engineering and utility design scope of site development projects across Ireland and Europe. You will deliver designs, drawings, models, specifications and reports on time and within budget, mentor junior staff, and represent Arup at client meetings.

The role requires chartered status, a Civil Engineering degree and at least 10 years in consultancy, with strong BIM skills (Civil 3D / Revit) and experience with site

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree with chartered status or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a consultancy environment.
• Strong site infrastructure technical design skills across surface water, foul, water, roads and carparks, earthworks.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale site infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of civil engineering and utility design scope of site development projects.
• Produce designs, drawings, 3D models, specifications and reports on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Represent Arup at client meetings, offering expert advice and innovative solutions.
