Job summary

John Paul Construction is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the BIM process across our Dublin projects and Head Office. You will implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan and ensure team adherence, coordinating clashes and workshops using Navisworks Manage.

You will record models and data, establish standards, and monitor information sharing through the Common Data Environment, contributing to high-quality design and efficient project delivery on multiple sites in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Construction / Structural / Services.
• Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Navisworks Manage; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Revit Architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the BIM process on the project
• Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan
• Ensure all project team members adhere to the BIM Execution Plan
• Establish BIM coordination workshops and report and record progress
• Record BIM models and their status
• Establish quality control procedures to check all models are accurate
• Identify and document clashes between different models using Navisworks Manage
• Advise team of significant clashes and information issues
• Record and monitor shared data and relationships between models
• Coordinate handover of models and data at milestones
