Job summary

Vickerstock is recruiting an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Project Delivery team in North Dublin. You will drive the implementation and management of BIM processes across the full project lifecycle, from tender through handover.

You'll work with design and construction teams to ensure ISO 19650 compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead BIM meetings, developing schedules and plans to support project delivery and asset information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a similar BIM role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650.
• Degree in Engineering, Design or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit.
• Excellent attention to detail with a solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM standards and procedures per ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2.
• Ensure information meets client IREs and milestone requirements.
• Federate models; perform clash detection and health checks.
• Act as Project Information Manager with design and construction teams.
• Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans and MIDPs.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and workshops.
• Develop BIM Coordination Schedules aligned with construction programmes.
• Support audits and adoption of new digital technologies.

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading construction and engineering business to recruit an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their growing Digital Project Delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and management of BIM processes across the full project lifecycle, from tender and preconstruction through to project delivery and handover.

The Opportunity

• Implement project BIM standards, methods and procedures in accordance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2


• Ensure project information meets client Exchange Information Requirements and key project milestones


• Federate models and undertake clash detection, data verification and model health checks


• Act as Project Information Manager, working closely with Design, Construction and Task Teams


• Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Asset Management Plans, TIDPs and MIDPs


• Lead BIM coordination meetings and workshops


• Develop BIM Coordination Schedules aligned with construction programmes


• Support internal audits and the implementation of new digital technologies
