Job summary

Quinn Downes Group in Ireland is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the Technical Team in delivering coordinated BIM models and construction drawings for MEPT projects. The role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail and experience in BIM coordination within the Mechanical domain.

Responsibilities include producing 3D models in Revit, 3D/2D coordination, clash detection, document control, attending coordination meetings, and site surveying to verify records.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Mechanical/Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with BIM qualification
• REVIT MEP experience with 1–3 years in BIM coordination
• Strong focus on MEP coordination and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3D & 2D coordination drawings to meet programme
• Detail 3D elements for design and coordination
• Produce 3D model files through Revit and 2D coordination drawings
• Ensure model files are coordinated and clash-free
• Maintain document control and coordination registers/drawings
• Attend co-ordination meetings and site surveys/verification
• Produce verified record drawings and develop in-house BIM standards
