Job summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a Dublin-based construction team. You will develop, manage and coordinate BIM models across tender, pre-construction and delivery, ensuring ISO 19650 standards and client EIRs are met.

You will work closely with design and project teams to produce high-quality 2D/3D deliverables, perform model audits, and support BEPs, TIDPs and MIDPs. A relevant engineering or BIM qualification and strong Revit/Navisworks skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a BIM, CAD or similar digital construction role.
• Relevant Degree, Diploma or qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, BIM or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650 standards.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience using Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and coordinate BIM models in line with project standards and procedures.
• Support BIM processes in accordance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2: 2018.
• Ensure models and information comply with client requirements and Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs).
• Produce and manage project documentation, model outputs and digital deliverables.
• Carry out model audits, data verification and model health checks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and assist with clash detection using Navisworks and other BIM platforms.
• Identify and communicate modelling issues, clashes and information requirements.
• Maintain project information within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Assist with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), MPDTs, TIDPs and MIDPs.
• Attend and contribute to BIM coordination meetings and workshops.
• Support internal BIM audits, standards implementation and new digital technologies.
• Produce 2D and 3D deliverables, including drawings, schedules, visualisations and asset information.
• Work collaboratively with design, construction and project teams.
• Support digital project delivery through to completion and handover.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join one of our client's construction teams based in Dublin.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across all project phases, from tender and pre-construction through to project delivery and handover.
