Job summary

AllSite Staffing is seeking a Project BIM Coordinator to join a leading engineering team delivering Ireland’s high-profile energy and data centre projects. You will coordinate BIM processes across complex MEP installations, ensuring fully coordinated, clash-free models aligned with BEPs.

You will work on-site with multidisciplinary peers, contributing to design coordination, model updates and handover activities while growing your expertise in cutting-edge construction technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in BIM, Engineering, Building Services, Construction Technology or related.
• Minimum 3 years in a BIM Coordinator role on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and BIM workflows.
• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or energy projects is desirable.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360 and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage and maintain federated BIM models through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, CSA and Architectural models.
• Lead and participate in model coordination and clash meetings.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and BIM tools.
• Ensure deliverables follow BEP and project requirements.
• Collaborate with design consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Produce and review model-based drawings and schedules.
• Support digital construction processes and BIM standards.
• Assist with model updates during construction and handover.
• Coordinate as-built information and project close-out docs.
• Promote BIM best practice across the project team.

Working on-site as part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will play a key role in coordinating BIM processes across complex MEP installations, ensuring models are fully coordinated, clash-free, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, CSA and Architectural models.
• Lead and participate in regular model coordination and clash detection meetings.
• Identify, track and resolve design clashes using Navisworks and BIM collaboration tools.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are produced in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Work closely with design consultants, subcontractors and site management teams.
• Produce and review model-based drawings, schedules and documentation.
• Support digital construction processes and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
• Assist with model updates throughout construction and handover.
• Coordinate as-built information and support project close-out documentation.
• Promote BIM best practice across the project team.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in BIM, Engineering, Building Services, Construction Technology or a related discipline.
• 3 years plus experience in a BIM Coordinator role on large construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination.
• Experience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or energy projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in: Revit , Navisworks , Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 , AutoCAD
• Excellent understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
