Job summary

Medserv in Ireland is seeking a Product Manager to own our billing product, partnering with engineering, operations and senior stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions and drive delivery.

This hands-on role requires proactive, curious individuals who want to grow their product career in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. The role is hybrid, based in Dublin, with at least two days per week in the Dublin office.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile/scrum familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Product discovery– gather and synthesize feedback and operational insights.
• Roadmap ownership– prioritise backlog and balance value with feasibility.
• Requirements & documentation– write user stories and PRDs.
• Delivery– drive features with engineering and QA to release.
• Stakeholder engagement– liaise with Transformation, Operations and Engineering.
• Billing domain expertise– understand medical billing workflows and compliance.
• Data & metrics– track product metrics and report on initiatives.
