Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries end-to-end via ServiceNow, phone, chat, and Zoom.
• Analyse accounts and troubleshoot billing portal issues with clear solutions.
• Process invoices, manual adjustments, and credit/debit modifications while staying accurate and compliant.
• Reconcile payments and support Collections with dispute resolution and account management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Renewals, and Billing Manager to improve processes and resolve systemic issues.
