Job summary

Cpl Marketing is seeking a Marketing Specialist (Spanish Speaking) for a 6-month hybrid role in Dublin. You will support marketing campaigns, manage Salesforce reports, and assist with events and communications.

A degree in Marketing or related fields and 3+ years in Marketing Operations or Campaign Management are preferred. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong data analysis, and experience with Canva for asset creation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations or related roles.

• Experience with Salesforce reporting and lead management.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and operational activities.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and lead management processes.
• Support communications and campaign coordination with internal sales and marketing teams.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, attendee management, and post-event reporting.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters and internal communications.
• Develop marketing assets and presentations using Canva and other marketing tools.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing process improvements.
