Klaviyo in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative. You will identify high-potential companies and work with Mid-Market Account Executives to build effective prospecting campaigns.

Fluent Spanish and English are essential as you engage across channels. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office per week in Dublin and offers a strong base salary with additional compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in inbound or outbound BDR or similar sales role, preferably in a marketing technology company.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and persistence.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo's solution.
• Partner with Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
• Develop, test and iterate multi-channel messaging across industries and personas.
• Contribute learnings to the Outbound process and share best practices with the team.
• Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort.
