Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound sales queries via phone, email and chat.
• Sell to customers and engage them in discovery to determine needs and recommend products.
• Encourage and enable customers to self-serve.
• Process, code and track invoices and internal reports using multiple systems.
• Provide solutions and improve invoice processing efficiency.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to streamline workflow.
• Answer phones promptly and direct customers to the right sales contact.
• Handle service-related requests (password resets, download issues, technical questions).
• Create CRM tickets for research and follow-up.
