Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Customer Service experience preferred but not essential – Full Training provided.
• Relevant third level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills; CRM and SAP knowledge an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Strong service orientation and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Self-starter with time management and organisational skills.
• Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and manage queries and complaints.
• Liaise with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Manage backorders and pricing queries; support invoicing.
• Maintain customer master data and recall support.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and payments.
