Job summary

You will join a multi-disciplinary team, handling orders, returns, invoicing and related data entry, with attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish/Polish/Italian) desirable.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service department.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills; SAP and Microsoft Office familiarity advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and promptly upon receipt.
• Handle order entry and related documentation.
• Process returns, credit and debit memos.
• Process deliveries and invoices; price reviews.
• General data entry related to orders.
