Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Customer Service representative in Ireland to manage day-to-day order processing and support the sales team. You will handle calls, manage queries and liaise with warehouse to monitor delivery performance.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, with prior customer service experience preferred. Full training will be provided, and you will contribute to accurate master data, pricing queries, and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and queries, including order processing.
• Manage queries and complaints and liaise with warehouse.
• Monitor delivery performance and backorder management.
• Provide sales support and assist with pricing queries.
• liaise with Accounts Receivable and assist invoicing processes.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure timely processing of returns, credits and debits.
• Provide product availability and delivery information to customers and sales.
