Job summary

Salesforce is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Dublin to focus on the Belgium market. You will drive the engine of growth by generating AE pipelines and expanding within existing accounts, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce.

You will engage decision-makers through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach, partnering with Account Executives to shape territorial strategies in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

Quota-carrying direct sales experience.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong relationship-building and the ability to explain complex value simply.
Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
Engage decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
