Job summary

Wright & Sons, Kildare Village is seeking an experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant team. If you excel at pulling perfect pints, crafting cocktails, and delivering an exceptional guest experience, this could be your next move.

You'll lead by example on busy shifts, mentor the bar crew, manage stock and cash handling, and help keep operations running smoothly in a lively Dublin-area venue known for its warm atmosphere and great craic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, cocktails, and all things hospitality
• A natural people person with plenty of energy and banter
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy event nights
