The Hodson Bay Hotel are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Bartender. The ideal candidate will bring energy, great communication, and a willingness to learn. Daily shifts include afternoons, evenings and late nights, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience behind a busy bar preferred, however full training will be provided for entry level bartenders
• Knowledge of drinks and cocktails preferred
• Available to work mid-week and weekend shifts
• Ability to take initiative and anticipate customer needs
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• The service of food & beverages, cash handling & other related duties as required
• Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout service
• Assisting other F&B outlets during busy periods
• Ensure alcohol is sold responsibly as per our Responsible Sale of Alcohol policy

The Hodson Bay Hotel are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Bartender.

Previous Bartender experience is desired, however, we would be delighted to welcome Entry Level Bartenders who have some Food and Beverage experience and wish to learn a new set of skills!

We are particularly interested in candidates who have availability on weekdays, for part time or full time hours. We have a variety of shifts available to suit all needs across the afternoon, evening and later night shifts.Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays & weekends, when needed.
