Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Barback to support the bar team during service, keep stations stocked and maintain Hawksmoor standards. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers clear progression and training as you learn our drinks and systems.

You’ll work with bartenders and floor teams to deliver warm hospitality and ensure bar areas stay clean, safe and efficient. Previous bar experience helps but isn’t essential, as full training is provided and you’ll build a career in hospitality with us.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
• Full training provided.
• Genuinely interested in hospitality and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the bar team during service by keeping stations stocked, clean and organised
• Prepare garnishes, glassware and bar stations to Hawksmoor standards
• Keep bar and back-of-house areas clean, safe and efficient
• Anticipate what the team needs during busy services and act quickly
• Work closely with bartenders and floor teams to support smooth service
• Learn our drinks, systems and standards, with clear opportunities to progress
