Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bar operation with senior leadership support. The role combines hands-on management, creativity in drinks, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll develop your team, drive commercial performance, and maintain the high Hawksmoor standards that guests return for. This is a senior, frontline role that rewards leadership and excellence.

As Bar Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll lead the bar operation, delivering exceptional drinks, strong leadership and outstanding guest experience. This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll combine creativity, commercial awareness and team development to ensure the bar consistently meets Hawksmoor standards. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to drive performance, develop your team and maintain a bar that guests return to again and again.
