Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bar operation with senior leadership support. The role combines hands-on management, creativity in drinks, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll develop your team, drive commercial performance, and maintain the high Hawksmoor standards that guests return for. This is a senior, frontline role that rewards leadership and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager in a quality venue.
• Passionate about drinks, service and guest experience.
• A confident people leader who develops high-performing teams.
• Commercially aware and organised.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver confident, consistent service
• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and standards
• Drive drinks quality, product knowledge and presentation
• Manage stock control, ordering and margins
• Train and develop bartenders and head bartenders
• Be a visible presence on the floor and behind the bar during service
• Contribute to commercial performance and business growth
