Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Bar Assistant General Manager to own the bar operation end to end, reporting to the General Manager and leading the bar team to uphold Hawksmoor standards on every shift.

You'll drive guest experience and commercial performance, manage stock, margins and training, and be a visible on-floor leader during service. This role suits a Bar Manager or senior assistant ready to step up with commercial awareness and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bar Manager or senior Assistant Bar Manager in a quality venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver confident, consistent service.
• Own day-to-day bar operations, quality and standards.
• Drive drinks quality, product knowledge and presentation.
• Manage stock control, ordering and margins.
• Train and develop bartenders and head bartenders.
• Be a visible presence on the floor and behind the bar during service.
• Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to drive commercial performance and business growth.
