Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Barback to support the bar team during service, helping keep stations stocked, clean, and organised while delivering Hawksmoor's renowned hospitality.

You will learn our drinks, systems and standards, with opportunities to progress in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment. Training is provided, and a strong team culture is at the heart of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be positive, hardworking and a reliable team player.
• Experience in bar or hospitality is helpful but not required; full training provided.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and learning new skills.

• Support the bar team during service by keeping stations stocked, clean and organised.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware and bar stations to Hawksmoor standards.
• Keep bar and back-of-house areas clean, safe and efficient.

As a Barback at Hawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the bar operation. This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll support the bartenders throughout service, helping keep the bar stocked, organised and running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering great drinks and the warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is known for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a career in hospitality.

What You’ll Do
