Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive daily operations, uphold high service standards, and nurture a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory/bar/hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory bar or hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness at all times.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with stock control, cash handling and daily bar operations.
• Support the training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety requirements and company standards.
