You will manage day-to-day bar operations, coach staff, control costs and maintain high service standards while collaborating with the hotel management team.

This role requires supervisory bar experience, strong leadership and a hands-on approach to foster a thriving bar culture and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a supervisory role within a busy bar operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.
• Ability to work with the wider hotel management team.

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar
