Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the Bar department and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our properties. This role offers exposure to the Dalata Academy and collaborative team environment for ongoing growth.

You will set targets, develop staff, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest service standards. A passion for hospitality and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
