The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Bar Supervisor for one of its luxury properties. You will lead the bar team, set standards, and contribute to creating outstanding guest experiences through innovative drinks and service excellence.

You will mentor staff, manage stock and drive bar sales, ensuring a memorable and premium guest experience at the bar.

Bar Supervisor ***luxury hotel***

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to assist the Bar Manager lead our outstanding team. This individual will be responsible for assisting in managing and inspiring the bar team while contributing to the development of new and innovative offerings at the bar. As Bar Supervisor, you will be integral in ensuring our guests have an exceptional, memorable experience, setting the standard for service and creativity at the bar.

Location: The Lodge at Ashford Castle

Employment type: Casual

Working pattern: 5/7 days

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Supervisor:

• Ensure a prompt, professional, and personalised service for every guest, always maintaining the highest standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu and delivering exceptional service.
• Develop and expand your team’s knowledge of the menu, providing guidance on drinks, cocktail suggestions, and luxury hotel offerings.
• Work closely with management to plan new ideas and trends for the bar, ensuring the bar remains a top destination for guests.
• Oversee the day-to-day cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels, ensuring the bar is always ready for service.
• Collaborate with management to drive sales, meet financial targets, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
