Gallen Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor for Gallen's Bar, Ballybofey. You will oversee shifts, ensure warm welcomes, fast, friendly service and lead a team during busy nights.

Role is full-time with evening and weekend requirements, based at Navenny St, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal.

Formación

• At least 1–2 years' bar experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Confident, reliable and good with people.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Stock management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bar during shifts, ensuring warm welcome and fast, friendly service.
• Supervise and support bar staff including rotas, training and briefings.
• Serve customers and lead by example on busy nights.
• Manage stock, deliveries, cellar work and ordering.
• Handle cash, till reconciliation and end-of-night procedures.
• Ensure licensing laws, responsible serving and health and safety standards are followed.
• Resolve customer queries calmly.
