Gallen Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor for Gallen's Bar, Ballybofey. You will oversee shifts, ensure warm welcomes, fast, friendly service and lead a team during busy nights.

Role is full-time with evening and weekend requirements, based at Navenny St, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal.

Competenze

• At least 1–2 years' bar experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Confident, reliable and good with people.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Stock management experience.

About The Role

The role

• You’ll oversee the bar during your shifts, making sure every customer gets a warm welcome and fast, friendly service. Day to day, that means:
• Supervising and supporting bar staff, including rotas, training and shift briefings
• Serving customers and leading by example on busy nights
• Managing stock, deliveries, cellar work and ordering
• Cash handling, till reconciliation and end-of-night procedures
• Making sure licensing laws, responsible serving, and health and safety standards are followed
• Handling customer queries and resolving any issues calmly
