McGettigan's Bar at Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profits. The role focuses on team leadership, stock control, and adherence to hygiene and licensing regulations, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee service standards, coordinate with kitchen and General Manager, and maintain a dynamic, high-energy environment across peak times and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage supervision.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing laws.
• Able to liaise with kitchen and management.
• Flexible schedule and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bar activities to ensure quality and standards.
• Focus on customer care and high service levels.
• Manage stock rotation and inventory.
• Keep bar clean and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Suggest upselling ideas to maximise profits.
• Handle administrative duties and float accuracy.
• Maintain presence on floor and coordinate with GM and Head Chef.
