Job summary

The Royal Marine Hotel in Ireland is seeking a self-motivated Bar & Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily restaurant and bar operations and to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.

You will oversee service standards, coach and develop team members, manage rostering and stock control, and work closely with the management team to drive upselling and financial targets while maintaining compliance with HACCP and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Bar Management experience in hotels in Ireland.
• Experience in managing busy Food & Beverage operations, outlets, events (conferences, weddings, banquets).
• Proven people management experience and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of restaurant and bar operations, delivering exceptional service.
• Lead and supervise F&B team during service to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest care at all times.
