The STRAFFAN INN Pub at The K Club is hiring a Bar Supervisor to assist the Bar Manager and lead the team in delivering high-quality beverage service. You will ensure cleanliness, manage stock with FIFO, and maintain bar presentation across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in day-to-day bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across bar areas and equipment.
• Manage stock deliveries, expiry checks and rotation (FIFO).
• Ensure bar is stocked, organised and ready for service.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages to company recipes and standards.
• Process orders and bills accurately.
• End-of-day cashing up and banking procedures.
