Job summary

The K Club is seeking a Bar Supervisor for The Straffan Inn Pub, on site in Straffan, Co. Kildare. The role supports the Bar Manager and leads a team to deliver top-quality beverage service in a busy pub environment.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock, ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety, and provide outstanding guest experiences while promoting a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in running a busy bar environment.
• Strong stock management and FIFO awareness.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in day-to-day operation and ensure smooth service in their absence.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across bar areas and equipment.
• Manage stock, check expiry dates, rotate stock and ensure bar is ready for service.
