Job summary

The Noel Group is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Manager to join a well-established hotel operation in Kildare. You will oversee the day-to-day bar and dining activities, delivering outstanding service standards and driving commercial performance across outlets.

Lead a large F&B team across dining, events, weddings, conferences and corporate functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar management facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent guest-service focus and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily bar and restaurant operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and consistently high standards.
• Oversee food and beverage service across multiple outlets and events.
• Manage staffing levels, rostering, and operational planning.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage stock control, beverage costs, budgets, and cash procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and event organisers.
