Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Lead, coach and support departmental managers and team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training and development.
• Control budgets, labour costs and departmental expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
